While we take utmost care, Keystone Jewelers is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to items submitted for appraisal or repair.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the product, destination, and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title for products purchased from our site pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Keystone Jewelers exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (U.S. $100.00) or the amount you paid Keystone Jewelers, if any, in the past six months for the services giving rise to the claim.
